Handing Over of F1

Berkeley Group company St George has officially handed over 115 new, canal-fronted homes at Grand Union, Alperton, to Brent Council. 

This milestone marks the second phase of affordable homes to be delivered at Grand Union and forms part of the 1,170 homes that will be dedicated to affordable rent or shared ownership here.

The 115 homes are situated along an 850-metre canal frontage within Clearwater House and comprises a mix of one, two and three bedroom homes. Residents have started moving into their new homes and are already exploring the exciting new restaurants, shops, amenities, and community centre on their doorstep.
