Construction

Construction is well underway at Grand Union with Phase 1 completed and occupied and Phase 2 partially completed and occupied. We are working to complete Phase 2 in Q4 2026. 

Future Works 

Construction on Phase 3 (G&H) is targeted to begin Q1 2027 and is scheduled to complete in Q4 2029.
